In a climate of extreme tension, officers moved the mother to the kitchen of the property so she could keep the baby on her chest, as the newborn was still attached to the umbilical cord at the time of the rescue. Subsequently, both were urgently transferred to the 25 de Mayo Hospital. Due to the complexity of the case, they were transferred to the Dr. Guillermo Rawson Hospital for specialized care. The health center reported that both the mother and her child remain hospitalized under observation for the necessary checks, although they confirmed that both are 'in good health'. Faced with the urgency of the situation, one of the officers immediately began cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) maneuvers. Thanks to the intervention, the baby began to show positive vital signs and was stabilized at the scene.
